Their dedicated surf instructors maintain a low ratio—just five students per instructor—so you get personal attention and a lot of time in the water. The program
The surfing program includes 10 hours of coaching spread over five days, offering one session per day tailored to all skill levels. You can also take a break with a day off to explore Lisbon or chill out. The yoga classes, held either in the morning or evening, are designed to enhance your flexibility and strength, both crucial for improving your surfing. A mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Aerial yoga will help you relax and recuperate from your surf sessions.
